If you're viewing the Forum Home, there is a link underneath the Forum tab that says Games Looking for Players. If you click on that, you'll be taken to an area where all of the threads can be found that are currently recruiting players for games. There is also a preview area to the side of the Forum Home page that shows snippets of the threads in the recruitment area. Clicking any of those will take you straight into that specific recruitment.
If you're viewing the Campaigns, there is a link underneath the Campaigns tab that says View All Currently Recruiting Campaigns, and that will take you to the area with the recruitment threads as well.
From there, all you need to do is read the recruitment thread and find out what the Game Master of that game would like potential applicants to do in order to obtain a spot in the game.
