Running non homebrewed, non official games

I recently acquired a few campaigns from a 3rd party.
I paid for them as they have them for sale.
Can i use them here or in any forum?
My of the top answer would be yes,
but "copyright" keeps flashing somewhere in the back of my head.

What do you mean by "use them".

Run them in the forum.
Copy paste pictures, maps, dialogues as needed

That's no different from someone running any published d&d or pathfinder adventure. It's fine.
