A player couldn't find the create new tab for character sheets today. I could find it while using a desktop browser but not using mobile. See attached screen grabs.

On mobile, tap the three lines in the upper left to go to the Character Sheets page. Once there, tap the three lines again to see the Create New Character Sheet option. -
